TALENT INTERN

The Role
As a Talent Intern, you support our consultants in their daily activities, learn from their experience and contribute to our business with your unique ideas, all in a fast paced, changing work environment that require flexibility and cooperation.

Your main responsibilities include:
-    Collaborating in teams to design and deliver Talent Solutions, contributing with your ideas harnessing the input of the other members of the team.
-    Participating to meetings with clients to understand their business goals, strategy, culture and organization.
-    Ensuring the timely delivery of documents (e.g. proposals, reports, slide decks, manuals etc.) that need to meet high standards of quality.
-    Conducting strategic research to innovate our solutions and stay up to date with the latest findings in the management of people.

Skills And Knowledge

-    Understanding of HR processes (performance management, remuneration, succession, etc.). Basic understanding of the main business processes.
-    Interpersonal skills needed to work in groups and manage relationships with clients
-    Good communication skills and understanding of how to communicate complex concepts
-    Problem solving skills to face internal and external clients’ requests
-    Advanced analytical and critical thinking skills to comprehend and evaluate the quality of talent solutions
-    Being comfortable both in rolling up your sleeves to get things done and the next moment being part of deeply complex strategy discussions
-    Good knowledge of the Microsoft Office suite (Word, Powerpoint and Excel).
-    Fluency in both in English and Italian language


Job Qualifications

Minimum Qualifications
-    Bachelor Degree
-    Ability to commit for at least 6 months to work in our office in Milan.

Preferred Qualifications
-    Master Degree in Organizational Psychology or Human Resources Management
-    Experience in conducting scientific research, interpreting scientific findings and drawing conclusions for people management practice.

The intern will be provided a monthly allowance.

Talent Analyst

The Role
